refers to information that can directly or indirectly identify you, such as

relevant third parties. We process this data for the purposes outlined in Section

photos, voice recordings, fingerprints, date of birth, educational background,
health, as well as preferences for products and services you are interested in,
along with other information you provide through various channels.

d. Physical documents from the Metland Group;
e. Emails; and/or
f. Social media and other official communication platforms of Metland Group.
2. Source Of Personal Data
The following are the
sources of our Personal Data:
a. Customers or Prospective Customers: We collect your personal data both directly and indirectly, whether online or offline, in public spaces or at our marketing locations. Your personal data may also be collected through cookies when you use our official website.
b. Vendors, Suppliers, Tenants, or Service Providers: We collect your personal data directly or indirectly from companies or reference agents when you participate in a tender or submit a completed vendor master data form, either online or in physical form. Your personal data may also be collected through cookies when using our official website.
c. Visitors: We collect your personal data directly or indirectly when you visit our properties, as well as through our website, social media, and other online platforms.
d. Employees: We collect your personal data both directly and indirectly during the recruitment process and while you are under contract with our company.
3. Mandatory Personal Data
All information requested
in the forms we send to you is mandatory to complete, unless stated otherwise
("Mandatory Data"). If you do not provide the Mandatory Data, we will
not be able to process your request and/or provide the services you require.
The Mandatory Data in
this Privacy Notice includes all information that you need to provide to us in
order for us to process your request and/or deliver the appropriate services,
as well as any data required by applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Some of our Business Units and features on our platform require Personal
Data if you choose to use them, such as surveys, registrations, and
content-sharing features. Metland Group will only collect this personal data if
you voluntarily provide it. Please note that some features may not be available
to you if you choose not to provide certain personal data. All personal data
you provide will be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

processed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia for employment-related

b. Managing Employment Contracts

f. Sending to third parties (agencies and/or government authorities);

4. Financial Information: Including the nature, value, and date of any financial/non-financial transfers made to you by Metland Group.
5. Interaction Information: Including professional interactions between Metland Group and you, records of your collaborations, registrations, and participation in Metland Group events or related activities.
6. Including information about your contacts and product preferences, language preferences, marketing preferences, qualifications or experience, collaborations, publications, posts, demographic data, feedback, and interests
7. Including your online user ID, IP address, geographical information, display data, and other information related to your use and interactions with our website, applications, emails, and advertisements
IV. Disclosure of Personal Data
1. Business Units within Metland Group
The personal data you provide to us will be processed for the purposes
outlined in Section 3 (Purposes of Collecting & Processing Personal Data,
including Disclosure of Your Personal Data). We will ensure that access to your
personal data is restricted only to staff and/or those who are contractually
obligated to process the data in accordance with their duties within Metland
Group. To avoid any misinterpretation, if a contract with an employee or staff
member of Metland Group ends, access to all personal data stored and managed by
Metland Group will be terminated from the date the contract ends.
2. Pihak Ketiga
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties as required by law in Indonesia, according to the relevant contract or business relationship, or for the purposes outlined in Section 3 (Purposes of Collecting & Processing Personal Data, including but not limited to the Disclosure of Your Personal Data). The third parties in question may include:
a. Professional advisors and corporate service providers, such as auditors, lawyers, company secretaries, and public consultants;
b. Advertising and marketing partners;
c. Payment processors;
d. Customer support and communication services;
e. Market research and surveys;
f. Social media platforms;
g. Analytics and tracking providers;
h. Other service providers and entities, including printing companies, event/training/conference organizers, travel agents, insurance companies, utility companies, contractors, suppliers, property management companies, or official credit institutions;
i. Law enforcement agencies in Indonesia, including but not limited to local police; and
j. Relevant government authorities with jurisdiction in Indonesia.
V. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
1. Explicit Consent
Explicit and clear consent from you to process personal data for one or more specific purposes previously outlined above. This consent must be given voluntarily and without coercion, allowing us, as the requester, to use the data in accordance with the agreed-upon purpose
2. Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations
Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations refers to meeting the obligations under a contract when you are involved in an agreement and/or to fulfill your request when entering into an Agreement.
3. Compliance with Legal Obligations
Compliance with legal obligations that can serve as the basis for processing your personal data refers to our fulfillment of legal duties under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia
4. Vital Interests
Vital Interests refers to processing your personal data for the purpose of safeguarding your life or physical integrity..
5. Legitimate Interests
Legitimate Interests refers to processing your personal data for the fulfillment of other legitimate interests, considering the purpose, necessity, and balance of our interests and your rights
The collection of your personal data,
conducted with prior consent, grants us the right to transfer your data outside
of Indonesia. We will take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the
transferred personal data, including encryption. Additionally, we will provide
contractual protections for the transfer of personal data to Metland Group
outside of Indonesia.
1. Data Security
In the event of a breach of personal data protection, we
will provide written notification within a maximum of 3 x 24 (three times
twenty-four) hours to:
a. The Data Subject; and
b. The Personal Data Protection Authority.
2. Data Storage
We will store your personal data for 5 years and/or for the period required or permitted by the applicable laws in Indonesia to fulfill the following purposes:
a. The purpose for which the data was collected,
b. Identified and ongoing business needs, including record-keeping,
c. Legal or regulatory requirements in Indonesia, and/or
d. IData storage needs related to ongoing investigations or legal proceedings
We will cease storing personal data or remove its association with you as an
individual by deleting, discarding, anonymizing, and/or, if permitted by applicable
law in Indonesia, blocking personal data under our control when:
a. The personal data is no longer required for the purpose for
which it was collected;
b. The retention period has expired;
c. The storage is no longer necessary for business purposes or legal compliance;
d. The purpose for collecting personal data has been fulfilled; and
e. At your request to delete your account.
Please note that some of your personal data may still be stored or controlled by other parties, including government agencies. If we share your personal data with government agencies or other entities designated by the relevant government authorities in Indonesia, you agree that the data storage policies of those agencies will apply.
As permitted by applicable law
in Indonesia, you release us from any claims, lawsuits, demands, losses,
liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal fees and
compensation costs) arising directly or indirectly from any personal data
processing activities we conduct.
VIII. Restrictions, Contact Information of Personal Data Controller
We act as joint Personal Data Controllers for the processing activities described in this Privacy Notice & Policy. We collaborate to manage customer relationships across PT. Metropolitan Land, Tbk (Metland) Group.
We may collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 and/or persons with disabilities. If you fall into these categories, please ensure that you obtain parental or guardian consent before providing data to Metland Group. If we detect personal data collection without valid consent, we will delete it.

IX. Privacy Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be
modified and updated periodically without prior notice to you. We will publish
a notice on our Platform if there are significant changes to the Privacy Policy
and indicate when the last changes were made at the bottom of the notice.
We recommend that you review
this Privacy Policy from time to time to be aware of any changes made to the
Privacy Policy of our Platform. By continuing to access and use our Platform,
Users are deemed to have accepted the changes made to this Privacy Policy.

5. Informasi Interaksi: mencakup interaksi profesional antara Metland Group dan Anda, catatan kolaborasi Anda, pendaftaran dan partisipasi dalam acara Metland Group atau aktivitas terkait.
6. Data profil: mencakup informasi tentang kontak dan preferensi produk, bahasa, preferensi pemasaran, kualifikasi atau pengalaman, kolaborasi, publikasi, postingan, data demografis, umpan balik, dan minat.
7. Data teknis dan penggunaan: termasuk ID pengguna online
Anda, alamat IP, informasi geografis, data tampilan, informasi lain terkait
penggunaan dan interaksi Anda dengan situs web, aplikasi, email, dan iklan
kami.
IV. Pengungkapan Data Pribadi
1. Unit Usaha dalam Metland Group
Data pribadi yang Anda berikan kepada kami akan diproses untuk tujuan yang dijelaskan dalam Bagian 3 (Tujuan Mengumpulkan & Memproses Data Pribadi, termasuk Pengungkapan Data Pribadi Anda). Kami akan memastikan akses terhadap data pribadi Anda dibatasi hanya untuk staf dan/atau secara kontrak diwajibkan untuk memproses data tersebut sesuai dengan tugas masing-masing di Metland Group. Untuk menghindari adanya interpretasi yang berbeda, jika kontrak dengan karyawan atau pegawai Metland Group berakhir, akses terhadap semua data pribadi yang disimpan dan dikelola oleh Metland Group akan dihentikan sejak tanggal berakhirnya kontrak tersebut.
2. Pihak Ketiga
Data pribadi Anda mungkin diungkapkan kepada pihak ketiga yang diwajibkan oleh hukum di Indonesia, sesuai dengan kontrak atau hubungan bisnis yang relevan, atau untuk tujuan yang disebutkan dalam Bagian 3 (Tujuan Mengumpulkan & Memproses Data Pribadi, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada Pengungkapan Data Pribadi Anda). Pihak ketiga yang dimaksud dapat meliputi:
a. Penasihat profesional dan penyedia layanan perusahaan, seperti auditor, pengacara, sekretaris perusahaan, dan konsultan publik;
b. Mitra periklanan dan pemasaran;
c. Pemroses pembayaran;
d. Layanan dukungan dan komunikasi pelanggan;
e. Riset dan survei pasar;
f. Platform media sosial;
g. Penyedia analisis dan pelacakan;
h. Penyedia dan entitas layanan lainnya, termasuk perusahaan percetakan, penyelenggara konferensi/pelatihan/acara, agen perjalanan, perusahaan asuransi, perusahaan utilitas, kontraktor, pemasok, perusahaan pengelola properti, atau lembaga kredit resmi;
i. Lembaga penegak hukum di Indonesia, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada kepolisian setempat; dan
j. Otoritas pemerintah terkait yang berwenang di Indonesia
V. Dasar Pemrosesan Data Pribadi
1. Persetujuan Eksplisit
Persetujuan Ekplisit yang jelas dan tegas dari Anda untuk memproses data pribadi untuk satu atau beberapa tujuan tertentu yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya diatas. Persetujuan ini harus diberikan secara sadar dan tanpa paksaan, sehingga kami yang meminta dapat menggunakan data tersebut sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah disepakati.
2. Pemenuhan Kewajiban Perjanjian
Yang dimaksud dengan Kewajiban Perjanjian merujuk pada pemenuhan kewajiban dalam kontrak ketika Anda terlibat dalam suatu perjanjian dan/atau untuk memenuhi permintaan Anda saat akan membuat Perjanjian.
3. Pemenuhan Kewajiban Hukum
Yang dimaksud dengan kewajiban hukum yang dapat menjadi dasar pemrosesan Data Pribadi Anda oleh kami adalah sebagai pemenuhan kewajiban hukum dari kami sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
4. Kepentingan Vital
Yang dimaksud dengan Kepentingan Vital yang dapat menjadi dasar pemrosesan Data Pribadi Anda oleh kami adalah terkait dengan keberlangsungan hidup dari Anda.
5. Kepentingan yang Sah
Yang dimaksud dengan Kepentingan yang Sah yang dapat menjadi dasar pemrosesan Data Pribadi Anda oleh kami adalah pemenuhan kepentingan yang sah lainnya dengan memperhatikan tujuan, kebutuhan dan keseimbangan kepentingan kami dan hak Anda.
1. Keamanan Data
a. Subjek Data Pribadi; dan
b. Lembaga Pelindungan Data Pribadi.
2. Penyimpanan Data
Kami akan menyimpan Data Pribadi Anda selama 5 tahun dan/atau periode yang diperlukan atau diperbolehkan oleh hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia untuk memenuhi hal-hal berikut:
a. Tujuan pengumpulan data tersebut,

MHG Platform Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the official Platform of Metland Hotels Group ("Metland Hotel") which is an affiliate of PT Metropolitan Land, Tbk. This page contains General User Terms for every individual who uses Metland Hotel's product and/or service services ("Terms of Service"). By accessing this page and using the Services, it means that you and Metland Hotel are bound by an agreement. Therefore, you are deemed to have understood and stated your agreement to the commitment to the applicable provisions. Metland Hotel urges you to read these Terms of Use carefully.
In these provisions, we also determine the basis for obtaining, collecting, processing, analyzing, displaying, opening, and/or any form of management related to data or information that Users provide to Metland Hotel and/or Metland Hotel collected from Users, including User's personal data, both when Users register on the Site, access the Site, or use services on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "data"), as in the Metland Group Privacy Policy.
In the event that you are under the minimum age requirement or are categorized as a child according to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, then consent to use the Services must be given by the parents and/or guardians of the User in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of Metland Hotel Services including applications, websites and future and/or developed services, unless otherwise regulated in separate terms and conditions. These provisions explain how we, Metland Hotel, including Subsidiaries and/or Companies affiliated with Metland Hotel, carry out the Services because you use Metland Hotel's product and/or service Services, which include:
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all data across all Metland Hotel products/services and Metland Hotel business partners (vendors, partners, and other stakeholders). This also applies to every transaction and activity of Customers in the services on Our Platform.
2. Booking/Purchase
- In the event of a no-show (reservation not cancelled and customer
does not show up) when the reservation has been guaranteed by credit card,
the hotel will debit a flat compensation rate, equal to the amount of the
first night or full nights depending on the rate selected during the
reservation (policies may vary), from the customer's credit card provided
to guarantee the reservation. Any additional nights booked will be
canceled without charge unless otherwise stated in the sales conditions
for the booked rate.
- If the customer books several rooms, but only one room requires
prepayment, for example, then the payment card used on the Metland Hotels
Group platform allows that room to be prepaid and the specified payment
card will serve as a guarantee for the other rooms.
- At the time of prepayment, the amount debited for the reservation
includes the accommodation price, related taxes and accommodation service
charges, the price of meals if breakfast is selected, taxes related to
meals, and other additional services selected by the customer.
- In the case of rates subject to online prepayment, the amount of the prepayment transaction, i.e. the deposit, is debited at the time of reservation.
- Some hotels may confirm the reservation by electronic means. Original files are certified and available in bold from the email address communicated by the hotel.
3. Payment
Metland Hotels Group chooses PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU) as a payment processing technology licensed by Bank Indonesia with license number 14/898/DASP, dated December 20, 2012, to enable online payment verification. Validity of customer payment cards & other payment methods listed in Metland Hotels Group operated by DOKU Payment Services and the bank selected as a facilitator for credit cards.
Card payments can be declined for several reasons: stolen or blocked cards, credit limit reached, entry errors, etc. In case of problems, customers need to contact the bank and hotel to confirm the reservation and payment method.

company/institution to be able to contact Customers, such as contacting
about orders placed, subscriptions, registration for an activity,
membership, and other types of transactions. We use financial data or
credit card and payment information to process orders and may need to
share some of this information with delivery services, clearing houses,
and other third parties to complete transactions.
- To provide support or other services, We may use your Personal Data
to provide support or other services related to transactions that have
been made by Customers, such as Customer complaints, Customer calls,
Customer confirmations related to transactions, and many other Customer
services related to the transaction.
- To provide information about products or the latest informatio, We
may use your Personal Data (email and/or telephone number) to provide
notifications about new product releases, service developments,
retargeting, promotions, personalized offers, subscriptions, event
participation, or information that you may need. Information is not only
limited to products/services that have been purchased, but also other
Metland Hotel products/services that suit your needs. We may use your
Personal Data and transactions to analyze customer behavior and use it to
provide the services/experiences that are most important to you.
- Analyzing Customer behavior to provide a better experience/service,
We use your Personal Data and your interactions with Our services/products
fully to analyze your behavioral patterns in using Our services/products.
Service/product development is based on Our understanding of what
Customers need most.
- To provide relevant advertisements to you, We will use your
non-personally-identifiable attributes and cookies to display relevant
advertisements to you.
- To inform you about the benefits, programs, and opportunities that
We provide to you, We and/or Affiliates can communicate to you about the
benefits, programs, and opportunities that can be provided by Metland
Hotel products/services.
- To communicate with third parties, We can share Your Personal Data
with third parties related to Metland Hotel products/services that are in
contact with Customers. We ensure that these third parties are selected
with care and are obliged to keep Your data safe. We also share Your
information with third parties who we think can provide content, products,

- To protect content and services, We use Personal Data to prevent potential illegal activities and enforce Our Terms and Conditions. We also use various technology systems to detect unusual activities for abuse, such as spam.
- In order to get your suggestions and input from time to time, we may ask Customers to provide suggestions, so that the product/service is more in line with what Customers need and are interested in.

We automatically record
the Internet Protocol (IP) address of visitors (web based application) and user
sessions (mobile application). We also record some materials to identify unique
visitors to Our Site, including:

For mobile
applications, we use the following materials to identify unique visitors:

- Device IMEI

Some of our
products/services are connected to other sites created and maintained by other
parties. When you enter another site/application, it means you leave our
domain, then this Privacy Policy does not apply.
c. Do Not Track
(DNT)
Do Not Track is a
self-regulatory initiative designed by the online advertising industry to
provide consumers with choices in the types of advertisements they may see and
choose from online behavioral ads provided by companies participating in this
program. We do not respond to DNT on consumer browser settings.
d. Response to
legal requests
We reserve the right to
share your information in response to requests for information from authorized
Government authorities or required by law.

Metland Hotel can use features provided by third parties in order to improve Metland Hotel services and content, including among others, the adjustment and presentation of advertisements to each User based on interests or visit history. Your Information
If you are a registered user, you can review, revise, and correct your Personal Data through the Customer profile setting service on the Metland Hotel Platform.
8. Security
The confidentiality of your data and Personal Data is our primary concern. We make the best efforts and procedures to protect and guarantee Personal Data. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that Our system is impenetrable by viruses, malware, and interference from third parties. Please do not disclose and share your Personal Data, including your account password and keep your device secure.

and/or Changes
Metland Hotel may at any time make changes or updates to these Terms of Service. Metland Hotel recommends that Users read carefully and check the Metland Group privacy policy page and these Terms & Conditions from time to time for any changes. a. Applicable Law and
Jurisdiction
These Terms &
Conditions are made and interpreted by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions refer to the
jurisdiction of the Bekasi District Court.
b. Language These Terms & Conditions are made in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall be deemed to apply.

IV. Disclosure of Personal Data
1. Business Units within Metland Group
The personal data you provide to us will be processed for the purposes
outlined in Section 3 (Purposes of Collecting & Processing Personal Data,
including Disclosure of Your Personal Data). We will ensure that access to your
personal data is restricted only to staff and/or those who are contractually
obligated to process the data in accordance with their duties within Metland
Group. To avoid any misinterpretation, if a contract with an employee or staff
member of Metland Group ends, access to all personal data stored and managed by
Metland Group will be terminated from the date the contract ends.

The collection of your personal data,

outside of Indonesia.

In the event of a breach of personal data protection, we
will provide written notification within a maximum of 3 x 24 (three times
twenty-four) hours to:

b. The Personal Data Protection Authority.

We will store your personal data for 5 years and/or for the period required or permitted by the applicable laws in Indonesia to fulfill the following purposes:

law in Indonesia, blocking personal data under our control when:
a. The personal data is no longer required for the purpose for
which it was collected;
b. The retention period has expired;
c. The storage is no longer necessary for business purposes or legal compliance;
d. The purpose for collecting personal data has been fulfilled; and
e. At your request to delete your account.
